I suppose you know that already! And we’re 100% sure you’ve read all the color palette quizzes and even had taken one in an attempt to identify those colors that suit you and look perfectly on you!
Is it difficult to be color-analyzed?
Now, back to color analysis – the basic takeaway here is to figure out what works for you and your lifestyle specifically. Then, understanding this to slowly start building up your digital wardrobe around your individual style.

1. Define your skin undertone
Skin tone
1️⃣ Flip over your wrist and look at your veins. Are they green or blue? If they appear blue – your skin tone is cool, If they appear green – you are a warm one.
2️⃣ Silver or gold jewelry? If your skin shines under silver – you are a cool skin tone. If gold looks good on you – then you are warm.
3️⃣ Cool tones burn easy, warm ones simply get darker.
Hair
1️⃣ Warm if you usually neither have very dark nor very light hair with medium intensity;
2️⃣ Cool if you have ash blond through to brown, chestnut brown with no reddish highlights, silver ash blond, grey/silver mix, dark brown, brown-black, or black hair.
Eyes
1️⃣ Warm if they are light to medium brown, olive green, dark hazel, light hazel, warm blue, often with a yellowish rim around the pupil, medium to dark brown with obvious warm undertones.
2️⃣Cool are: blue-grey, hazel, softened blue, violet, soft dark brown, charcoal grey, black.
