I still remember my first leather jacket back in the days, which comes as a confirmation of the fact that leather is timeless! Leather is also so versatile and offers endless opportunities for styling, which why I have a small crush on leather pieces. 😉
The thing is that not everything made of leather is completely obvious how to wear. Take for example the leather culottes, about which I felt a bit reluctant in the first place. I thought they would exclusively require a more formal style, which I consciously avoid ever since the start of the pandemics.
Luckily, I was proved wrong! 🙄 Not only are leather culottes chic and oh-so-comfortable, but they are also a pleasure to wear on casual days, office and special occasions alike without much of an effort.
So here is how I got easily converted before actually buying with a tap of a button:

The benefits of owning a pair of leather culottes far exceed the many styling options. Just think about the fact that leather pants are water-resistant, windproof, and therefore comfy and warm, which makes them perfect for the chilly fall and winter weather. 🥶 Besides, they are great for layering with many different textures such as wool, cotton and even silk!
